Court to Journalists: Shut Up

by militialaw on July 19, 2013

Very exciting development in our police state: “United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, in Richmond, Va. — the court whose decisions cover the Pentagon and the C.I.A. — ruled that the First Amendment provides no protection to reporters who receive unauthorized leaks from being forced to testify against the people suspected of leaking to them.”

That’s right folks, if you give important newsworthy information that embarrasses the feds or is simply contrary to their wishes to a journalist, not only will you be punished, but the reporter can be forced to testify against you.

Do you understand that as long as you cooperate with the beast, it has total power over you?
